We used this Plumber Thursday to repair our furnace . He told us that we needed to hire a chimney person to check ventilation. After 2 trips to the plumbing store, he replaced the gas valve aluminum wire for $250. The furnace worked for less than 1 day and then it stopped working. late Thursday night. New Years comes. No heat. Everyone is off. Taking his advice, We hired the chimney person Saturday who said the ventilation is fine. He swept the chimney completely .No obstacles were found . $200. We then called this plumber left a message. No call backs . No answer. No heat. It's now Sunday after New Year, 3 days no heat due to Holiday. Kids are freezing, household is cold. Still no answer.( Thank God for space heaters)We called another plumber who will come Monday. I guess more money to pay. Don't use this plumber ! He overcharges and is unethical with business practice. He does not return calls after taking your money.
I have called a few companies to compare prices and this company is the only one who did not charge diagnostic fee. He came in the following day after I spoke to him promptly. He was very polite. He quote me with a new air conditioner and found it very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Delta Plumbing Heating & Cooling guys repaired my air conditioning same day. The technician and the installers called back and arrived when they said they would and worked quickly. I was very pleased with their work!
payed for job heat is not working, he is not answering my phone, called from different phone told me he is going to come and not showing up.nnDONT TOUCH THIS GUY
Good service. Highly satisfied. Technicians are well groomed. Helpdesk is polite. I hope they continue this for long.
