I never write reviews but this company had come to my home to fix a clogged drain. That night we had a flooded basement because they broke the main pipe line from snaking. I know that’s a risk we have to take however I called and spoke to the manager and he said my check will not be cashed do to the damage. A week later my check was cashed, I called them and they apologized and will issue a check and mail it out to me. Three weeks later and still no check. I followed up every week and the manager kept stating he was sorry and the mail has been crazy lately. But three weeks?? Something is right. I am waiting a call back and still have yet to receive it. I do not recommend this company.
Jason came to my house and did a excellent job on my kitchen and bathroom tub lines very neat and noes what he is doing thanks again Jason
