Garafolo's

I'm giving them one star because I have to give them at least one star. I called I requested 2 lb of Cooper sharp cheese. I asked them if they could put deli paper in between the slices because Cooper sharp is known to stick together and it is very expensive. I didn't mind paying for the weight of the extra paper. I was told we don't do that here if I did I'd have to charge you an extra $5 per pound. Well I've never been told that at any place that I bought Cooper Sharp. This is a neighborhood store that I shop at often however I won't be shopping at anymore. I understand there's a price for convenience oh, trust me I really do but I also noted that price is put into price that I am paying for the product itself. There is a Price Chopper and a Walmart within a mile from there that I will be going to from this point forward

I worked here until I was laid off due to Covid-19. I was proud and still am proud to be part of this store's team. I will work again soon and can't wait to help our customers. The Garofalo family deserve and earn their good reputation. They work hard and do the best they can. Their wings and fries are great!

This place been here forever. Great corner store Italian Deli. Of course the sandwiches are amazing. Way better than any of the chain sandwich places, thus why there is so few of those in Oswego.

Great meat and the store always has deals on meats beer soda u name it! The meats in ther meat case is outstanding and the subs are a must try but hope your hungry

I personally love this place owner and the employees are great people.. it is a one stop shop... they wouldn't be in business all these years if they weren't doing something right
