Andolini’s Pizzeria

The food here is great! Never disappoints, but the service is awful. My family and I have ordered food from here on three different occasions (each occasion handled by the same worker) and the order never seems to come out right. I’ve had food completely missing from my order, been told upon arrival they forgot to make my food, and I’ve been told a certain part of my order is unavailable upon arrival even though I’ve called ahead of time.

An employee (assuming the owner because it was the only person like this) wasn’t wearing a mask or any face covering while serving customers. Stay away to stay safe.nnEdit: To reply to the owner.nnThis isn’t judging or making a false claim. It’s a fact that you weren’t wearing a mask. It’s a fact that wearing a mask provides minimal protection to the wearer, rather, masks provide protection to everyone else. Which you have failed to do by failing to wear a mask.nnAlso, it is mandated in NY that restaurant workers (and all workers as far as I’m aware) wear a mask on the job and especially while indoors. If you disagree, please review the laws regarding Covid.nnRegardless, stay home if you say you cannot wear a mask. Your asthma is not an excuse nor a valid reason to not wear a mask at work. However, it is a valid reason to stay home from work.nnThere are multiple correct solutions to this. I hope you succeed in finding and following at least one.nnEducate yourself.

Andolini's never disappoints! From their pizza to their sandwiches and other menu items... we have never had meal there that we didn't think was excellent. They have great specials too, and run them daily, so its always worth following them to see what they have available that day that you might not have tried before. Love Andolini's and will continue to come back time and time again!

My favorite local pizza joint! Great sauce, not too oily!

Hours later my co-workers and I are still raving about the delicious food and excellent customer service!!! A few of us ordered the Caprese sandwiches which were bigger than expected. The wings were full of flavor, especially the Thai Chili flavor and the blue cheese containers were filled unlike some other resturants that skimp on filling the container in its entirity. All the orders were marked which cut back on the guessing game and the cannolli’s have us all forgetting about our diets as we all want one next time we order instead of each of getting half!!! EXCELLENT ALL AROUND!!! Looking forward to ordering weekly and triing the entire menu:)
