The owner/ manager of this place has awful social skills. She absolutely doesn’t know how to treat her very loyal customers. I’m done with this place. Even though technicians are very good there. The manager who assignes customers to nail technicians has the worst attitude.She acts like this is the only place in town . Extremely rude and not accommodating at ALL.nI get my nails done there on and of for the last two years. The other day, I walked in to just to get my gel soak off. In extremely rude matter the head lady told me that they don’t offer this service and she will not take me.!!!!nAre you kidding me!!! This is not the first time when I have to communicate with the head person there , and its an absolutely awful experience.nIf you like when people are rude to you go head get you nails done there.
Excellent service. Professional staff wear uniforms and are courteous and friendly. Sarah, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating. I always request Pat; her work is meticulous but all the technicians are great!

Love coming here every 2 weeks! It's clean and the women are always so friendly and attentive to you.
