This was the first time going to this location. I’m glad they’re still open. Julia was amazing in every way and has such a great personality. I will def be going back to see Julia again. The other staff was also friendly and welcoming.

I went in with very long hair and asked for a bob. I had a picture showing what I was looking for and because the stylist was more concerned about what was going on with her phone, I ended up with a butchered, uneven mess. I would like to post pictures but it doesn't seem to give that option... I totally understand why. Thank goodness, hair grows back and wigs are available. Oh and my husband had to trim the back because it was so uneven that he couldn't even overlook it.

I took my daughter there for a simple trim, thinking that they couldn't mess it up, but I was VERY wrong. My daughter's hair looked awful. The bottom of her hair was choppy and looked so horrible. I couldn't tell when she was there how bad it was. They did a wet cut and it seemed fine at the time, but the next day after her hair was dry, I could see that it was not okay at all. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed, they're better than what they were like to begin with, just way to thin for my taste. I had bushy eyebrows before my appointment here. My eyebrows have been waxed perfectly for my taste, the salon I usually go to permanently closed, so I came here.nnMy dad and I got there at 1:40pm, was told my wait was 20 minutes, I went to shop and came back at 2 o'clock, but I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for her to finish her previous client, I'm just saying they could've told me the correct amount of time so I didn't have to rush my shopping.nnThe prices are kinda on the pricey side. I paid $12 for a wax that was done in 3 minutes. Rushed job that resulted in a lot of redness and swelling. I tend to get pink but this time I got beet red, there's also little bumps around my eyebrows that itch, maybe just irritation though. The other salon took their time, and allowed me to take breaks when needed (I'm a crybaby) this salon they ignored my tears and kept yanking hairs out.nnThe employees here could do better on talking and listening, I felt as though my cosmetologist just wanted to hurry and get my appointment over with.nnOverall, I'm mixed on this review. My eyebrows are done and look better than what they did.. and that's what I wanted.
