The apartments look great when you first move in but there seems to be no maintenance being done. They never salt or shovel, forget about getting to work when it snows. I have seen others slipping on the ice. The hallways are disgusting and I can't even use the gym because it is so filthy. I thought cleanliness was required especially during Covid!! If the issues get resolved I may consider renewing because I like my neighbors and we have become friends.

Pros: They are newly remodeled and on the surface, look very nice. All the appliances are new, new finishes, large bedrooms, nice layout and full washer and dryer in each apartment. Very nice, large and reasonably priced garages. The manager, Stacey, is probably the best part about the complex. She was very friendly and always worked to resolve my complaints in a very timely fashion.nnCons: Lets start with the most unmanageable complaint I have... You can literally hear every movement of your surrounded neighbors!! We could hear every foot step, the opening and closing of her recliner, her speaker phone conversations, the dog zooming across the floors, her grand-kids jumping off the furniture, the two cats crash landing on the floors and worst of all... We could literally hear her and her guests peeing. Then, since being in a garden level apartment, you get the joy of the water crashing through the pipes in the living room wall every time a toilet is flushed. Awful!! Every time the front door to the building is left to slam close, the walls of the spare bedroom literally shake. Then lets go from the inside out... The numbering on the buildings is extremely confusing. Packages are rarely delivered to the right building because of it. Searching everyone else's locked buildings for your Amazon package is less than fun. Each building has their own mail boxes, however, there isn't any slot for outgoing mail. There's a single USPS box at the entry of the property. The front door on each building doesn't have a way for guest entry. A small inconvenience but still a bit annoying having to make your guests call you when they arrive in order to get in. Next, the apartment door itself doesn't have a peephole. So when someone does end up in the hallway somehow, you have no way of knowing who is knocking unless you open the door. Once making your way to the kitchen, a light over the sink or under the cabinets would have made doing the dishes a lot nicer. The kitchen also lacks any back splash, which is very needed when the stove is installed up against a sidewall. My biggest annoyance is the lack of a pantry. We ended up turning the coat closet into the pantry for more storage. Once leaving the kitchen, there is no longer any ceiling lights. Dark dinners were somewhat of an ambiance I guess. Next, there wasn't a cable connection anywhere to be found in the living room. There's one in each bedroom, but not the living room. For the bedrooms, there weren't any ceiling lights or ceiling fans that most places offer theses days. Lastly, the bathroom. Showering in the vapor of marijuana smoke from our third floor neighbors hot boxing their bathroom was completely unacceptable. Now moving outside. When it rains, the improperly installed gutters overflow, splattering mud all over the garden level windows. Don't be surprised by the occasional rock thrown at these windows when the grass is mowed too. The attempt at snow removal is pretty sad. The sun did most of the clearing. The garbage dumpster situation is just shocking. Not only is there no recycling on site but I believe there might only be two dumpsters for the whole property. Most apartments complexes have at least one per building. Every single week, they are absolutely overflowing with trash bags piled high around the dumpster. Along with trash bags everywhere, for some irresponsible and lazy reason, there are doggy poop bags EVERYWHERE. On the front step of the buildings, in front of people's garages, on the curbs of the parking lot and even just in front of the fence to the dumpster. So lazy. They could benefit from a multiple dog stations. Oddly, the main entry to the complex is a single lane. To make more parking for some buildings, they lined both sides of the entry with parking spots. I'm surprised more cars haven't been hit. Last but not least, a pool and the gym are advertised amenities. The gym is just about the size of the master bedroom walk in closet and the pool, which has been over a year in the making, is still under construction and about the size of a post it note!

The property is beautiful. However. You can hear your neighbor pee. Think about that... THINNEST walls, ceilings and floors ever. I wish better quality went into this remodeling. You hear every last sound from your neighbor. I can hear every word from every song played in any unit. ANNOYING for how much we pay.

You can hear the neighbors at all hours of the night and day and they aren't even being loud it's just how the apartments where made, and they jusy redid them. No over head lights in the bedrooms or living room. Fridge is next to the wall so you can only open the door to a certain angle. Freezer has limited room. Overpriced for that you get.

I haven’t lived here that long and I hate it here.nThey clearly rushed the renovations of these buildings. There is no privacy. I can hear when my upstairs neighbor sneezes....and lord forbid if I have a few friends over...nAlso the paint peels right off the walls.nThe only nice thing about this place is the up to date, modern appliances.nFor the money I pay, not worth it. I will be looking for a new place as soon as my lease is up so I can finally get some sleep.
