Kate goes above and beyond the ask. She avails herself and is super responsive. Kate is very knowledgable about the market, especially under the consideration of the fierce competition (because of the currently low interests rates) and will help you find the right home. She made the extremely complicated process seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Kate for her thoroughness, knowledge, and responsiveness. 5+ stars. Great Job!

I bought a house with Kate, and she was so great to work with. She took calls, texts, and emails from me day or night. She really fought for me during negotiations after the home inspection. She is a great realtor, and I would recommend her to anyone!

Kate Woodruff always made herself available to view homes and answer questions promptly, Kate helped us in the search for our dream home for 6 months, she never gave up on us, she never complained of how many houses we wanted to see, we wanted to give up few dozens of times but she never gave up on us, Kate is a great lady in every essence of the word, gentle, friendly, intelligent, and motivator she always kept us going through the search, we viewed homes north south east and west in and around the search area. We love her she is a great person and a great realtor to work with now she is family too.
