I was really confused reading the rest of the reviews! My experience renting from university hill has been great, I was lucky that the staff were so helpful and responsive because this was my first time renting. When I entered the apartment the first time it was well kept, and the maintenance people were super kind.

Renting an apartment with University Hill Realty was an amazing experience. I'm not quite sure why the low ratings below: the staff here bent over backwards when it came to helping me. They are extremely responsive, their maintenance people are stellar, office staff kind and courteous, the apartments are new and have updated gorgeous appliances...you really can't beat it. I'm impressed with their services, and if I find myself needing another place in Syracuse, you bet I'll be returning to University. 5 stars without question.

I rented an apt during my time at ESF last semester - they were very nice when helping me set up my utilities because I had never rented before. They fixed my screen door that the wind blew in immediately and also replaced my locks. Since then I've rented 2 more apartments in the SYR area, but this company was the best so far.

Lived in a triplex in the university area for two years when the owners sold to University Hill and the exchange went smoothly, as I got a brand new set of kitchen appliances. They keep their units upgraded and they're great at responding to problems
