I have been here 3years and I love this place. Very clean kid and pet friendly. Well run from the management office to the facility staff. Quick responses and pleasant to be around.

These apartments are really cute and conveniently located within the Syracuse area. Lots of green space throughout the complex to make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Lived here for a few years. Nice property but was not given the option to renew my lease. Attempted to escalate, but the executives weren't interested in a negotiation. What I gather is they decided to increase the rent and force tenants out. I would strongly encourage you to look at a different complex. Anything positive I could say would be overshadowed by being evicted. I work in business downtown, the moving expense wasn't an issue but the massive amount of time wasted was. This company should not be trusted, give someone else your hard earned cash.nnIf you insist on a review, the grounds are nice, but I had issues with parking, noise and bugs.

Lived here for 8 months and absolutely love it. Great price for gorgeous pet-friendly apartments, well maintained and managed.
