I stopped by the office after seeing an ad for a cute apartment. Mid conversation the receptionist answers a phone call on speakerphone. She had a whole conversation with pest control over speakerphone about spraying for roaches. At the end of the convo she turns to me and says that it's not the apartment you are going to look at than hand me the keys and gave directions to it. She handed me the front door key,apartment key and mailbox key without taking down any of my personal info-she didn't even have my name.

We have utilized the Nastri Team for two purchases and two sales. This team is PHENOMENAL!!!!! They handle the problems that arise professionally and promptly. They know exactly what the value of your home is, and know exactly how to get top dollar for your property. I highly recommend. Joe is an excellent selling agent, Karen is the best and really knows her ins and out of the job. Rick is a great buying agent.... I will always go back to them for buying and selling.

Pathetic !! Rude, arrogant people. Rented an apartment from them and always paid rent on time. After lease got over they are not giving back the security deposit because the apartment was not clean. (Even though it was clean enough). And even if they wanted super clean could have just deducted reasonable amount .. $100-$200 .They just took the entire security deposit and say they will not give a penny out of security deposit.They dont even give receipt for rent deosit. These guys have cheated me. I will now have to go through a lawyer to fight this. Hoping for the best.
