Patrick at CNY Homes was so helpful to my husband and I in our search for a home. He was right on top of sending us new listings in our desired area and price range and was always very timely in getting us in to see houses that we were interested in. We never felt pressured to choose a house and he was so patient with us - we took a LONG time to find the right house for us! He was able to answer all of our many many questions throughout the process and made sure he was at our closing appointment to guide us through. I would highly recommend CNY Homes!

The website is ok to browse but used 2 agents and they were awful. One went to wrong house and just walked in and the place wasn't even for sale. Another broke a cabinet door during final walk through because she didn't know how to open it but the owner was nice enough to fix it.
