Matt and the Ragan Real Estate Team are the best real estate professionals you will find. We moved to the Syracuse area a few years ago and Matt helped us find the perfect home, which we loved for almost 3 years. When we were relocating out of state again, Matt helped us sell our home...he handled everything from preparing to list, right through negotiating the perfect deal (all during the global pandemic, might I add). Matt was also SO kind to offer to help us find our real estate agent in Massachusetts, which was a HUGE help for us because we didn't know anyone in that area. He personally found us an agent, and since she was recommended by Matt, we knew we were in good hands and could trust her. Matt has helped our family in countless ways and we're forever grateful for all of his help. You will be in the best hands with the Ragan Real Estate Team, you will be amazed by their professionalism, but they are also the nicest group of people to work with! Simple as this, Matt is a fantastic agent. He knows the area well, quality of builders and how the homes turned out and how well kept they are. But he also knows his clientele, as he knew a certain home was not for us as much as we thought it was and Matt was absolutely right. Ultimately we found what we were looking for with his help and could not be happier. Matt is easy to get a hold of, text, email or phone call. Plus he has a lot of great connections in the home business. If you’re looking for a good agent, look somewhere else. If want someone great and knows his stuff, go with Matt.

My wife and I along with our two children recently moved to Syracuse. I discovered Matt through his great reviews on Zillow and now - a few months later - I'm so pleased to be able to write a review about him myself. First and foremost, we are homeowners of a house that we absolutely love! Matt is a world-class broker. I define that by the following: type-A organized, incredibly responsive (by text, email or phone), knowledgeable about all neighborhoods and the families that live in them, and pro-active. Check, check, check, etc. When the market didn't have what we were looking for, he started reaching out to families to see if they were interested in selling. He held our hand through the closing process and we always knew he had our best interests at heart. Most importantly he's a good person and very intelligent. Buying a home is exciting but it's also the biggest transaction of most people's lives. It's helpful to have an expert in your corner. What else can I say really? We love our home.

This was our first home buying experience and I don't think it would have been possible without Matt's expertise. He was the ultimate professional and the process was seamless, start to finish. As a typical nervous first homeowner, Matt was always available to answer questions and ease our concerns. He showed us multiple properties and was always honest in his opinions. My wife and I were very comfortable working with Matt and we recommend him wholeheartedly. I have already raved about him to our colleagues and if and when we do this process again, he would be the only one I would want to work with. He goes above and beyond his duties and is always ready for a recommendation when it comes to hiring inspectors, painters, you name it. Matt is the man.

We were referred to Matthew to list our family home. Living out of state could have proved a challenge but from our initial meeting, Matt came well informed about the market in the area, gave us great suggestions to maximize our value and was extremely professional, responsive and resourceful. He didn’t try to oversell himself or the value of the home but provided us with realistic information so that we could make informed decisions during the sales and closing process. Our feelings now that the house is closed are even more positive than our initial instinct. He came highly recommended and everything that he did during the period that the house was on the market reinforced that recommendation. Thank you!
