My experiance is about a year old now but felt it should still me mentioned cor consideration. I had been n a property where my landlord has passed away and hisnson had taken control of the property. The agent from this office qas put in charge of sellong it and constantly tried to nreaknthe state law by forcing me off the property for showings. In addition when a showing would be authorized for an agent she would not only allow up to 4 different sets of showing in the house but also would not be there. Her actions left my new landlord in a very vulnerable spot and despite for my love of his family this agent put me on the brink of a law suit for her actions on his behalf.

I HIGHLY recommend, David Baritell. He is an outstanding realtor. Honorable and honest, he always follows through with what he says he's going to do. I trust him completely and wouldn't put my home in the hands of anyone other than David.

Evelyn Emerson assisted us with purchasing a home a while back in Fayetteville. This was not our first time purchasing a home but it was the first time I really felt the agent knew her business. She came to the showings with very helpful information and explained the process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. She never left any question unanswered, and always responded promptly. We will be back (but not too soon we love our home)!

Always one to give a second chance to but when it comes to your home and size of investment in life there is no second chance and you expect professionalism. Wendy Elmore delivered a total lack of professionalism in her handling of issues during our time with her. With over 25+ years of experience, one would think that she could offer better advice treat the process with professionalism and integrity. Instead, she offered bad advice, talkback, and lack of accepting responsibility (irks us the most). We are still looking into filing an ethics complaint about her. Howard Hannah has many agents but stay away from this one. It is in our opinion she is far from being a professional; find another realtor to use; Howard Hannah has many other great agents.
