I can't say enough good things about our experience with Keller Williams in Syracuse. Our realtor, Pei Lin, was AMAZING. She asked all the right questions, and counseled us throughout the process to help us get the very best home at the very best price. You simply could not find a better advocate. There are a lot of rules purchasing a home in NY state that are not in effect elsewhere. You need someone who knows the ins and outs of the process and who can help you avoid all the potential pitfalls. Pei Lin and her team - and it was a great team effort - supported us throughout the process and after. I'm sorry we are limited to five stars for a rating, they deserve so much more. Thank you KW, Pei Lin, and team - you took wonderful care of me and my family. You are the best.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with a realtor with Keller Williams in Syracuse NY. As first time home buyers we were completely reliant on the experience of our real estate agent to help us with the process. The home was on the market for less than a day when we put an offer on it. The first view was at night so the outside yard was hard to see. Our real estate agent didn’t do any research on the house and didn’t have a single ounce of information to offer on the home. Not only did he not point out the selling point but he also didn’t offer any of the faults in the home as well. He also didn’t even find the house for us. WE FOUND THE LISTING ONLINE WITHIN HOURS!!! The real estate agent was just eager to sell and never brought us back to property to properly negotiate the closing of this home. It would be a hard sell to pass along the information of our real estate agent let alone Keller Williams. We would love to speak to someone about the process of selling a home to a first time home buyer so people don’t feel taken advantage of after they move in. Especially when your real estate agents father in law is a well known realtor in the Syracuse area Keller Williams. We won’t recommend our real estate agent or the company to our many friends who are going to be looking in the near future. We are now stuck paying thousands of dollars in repairs for things that could have been negotiated in the sale of the home because as first time home buyers we relied heavily on the recommendations and advice of our real estate agent. We are very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and follow up on his end.

Dale Russo is completely unethical. After having signed a contract to purchase a house he is selling he dragged his feet for four days, avoiding having the contract signed by the second owner. Five showing for that house were supposedly canceled as an agreement had been reached by all parties involved. However, his foot dragging was a tactic used by him as he waited for a cash offer. His behaviour is disgusting, unethical, and completely out of line. I hope realtors in the area avoid showing homes he is selling and that his sales fall through the ground. Bad news spreads. Avoid Dale Russo and Keller William's Realty Syracuse like the plague, they support and condone his behavior.
