Thank you so so sooo much Mr. Highway Patrol !! just sbout two hours ago, I've got flat tired on highway I-15 way back to SLC, wondering what to do , came one patrol car and young officer asked me what is your trouble, he immediately started taking my spair tire off even which made his uniform dirty, and there came another officer with emergency truck, and he replaced flat one very quickly!! how nice team work !! officer told me to go slowly 'cause it is a emergency tire. I asked for it's charge, but they said NO, IT IS FREE, TAKE CARE AND HAVE A NICE NIGHT !! What a nice guys and wonderful system they have !! I truly thank them and wrote this report with many thanks. officer's cord number was T104-543 written by Fumio Aoki from Japan.

Utah Highway Patrol officers are great, and I'm glad we have them. I was pulled over on I-15 south bound this afternoon due to expired registration. The officer (Badge ID: 569) was courteous, professional, and transparent. I fully understood what the officer needed me to know to help keep myself and others safe on the road. I appreciate knowing we have such awesome officers on our UHP who are willing to go the extra mile to keep our highways safe, keep drivers accountable, and are willing to give us the benefit of the doubt.

There’s been a ton of construction along I-15. This morning the road under the bridge at 2100 north was barricaded for the first time. I was confused and needed help understanding the detour...with no shoulder to pull over in I slowly pulled off the road just inside the construction cones to ask a UHP officer for help understanding where to go. The officer approached my window and immediately began berating me...treating me like a criminal. He yelled at me for about 3 mins while I tried to ask him my question...after realizing he wasn’t going to listen to me...I backed out and left. I am all for supporting our officers and the men in blue movement...but when you are belittled and abused by the men your taxes pay for...when public servants want to abuse their badges and treat citizens like garbage when they are trying to get help...it is really disappointing. This happened at 6:55 when there was zero traffic and the officer had nothing else to do but sit in his car and eat his donuts...30 seconds of help was all I needed!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I've been pulled over for speeding they are so polite and nice, how can you be mad at them. PROFESSIONAL always... Thank you for keeping us safe!.
