Great staff, wonderful environment!
I cannot tell you how much I recommend this place! I definitely expected it to be more intimidating but from the moment you walk in, you feel at ease. the energy is so nice and calm. Deb is an absolute sweetheart. even having just met her, I felt like I’d known her my whole life; there was no awkwardness of being strangers. she does a fantastic job, makes you so comfortable, and gets all the hairs without it being painful. 10/10 you gotta check this place out. my visit was genuinely a good, enjoyable time.
I just had my first experience with waxing and it was incredible at Finger Lakes Wax Studio! The environment is super serene and easily gets you ready for what's to come. I was offered a glass of wine or water beforehand. I feel like a different person and look forward to regular visits.
I have gone to a lot of places to get waxed and this place is the best thus far. Heidi and the rest of the staff are excellent. You never feel rushed and they're very patient and understanding. If I could give a rating of 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.
