My hair was long and touching my butt before I came in for layers and a trim. I went in asking for 6/8 inches off and I was very clear about the style that I wanted and reiterated what I was looking for multiple times. My hair is now above my bra line and it is going to take a long time to grow back to the length I asked for. Because of getting layers I did not see how short it was in the back until I got home. When I called and spoke to the hairdresser she insincerely apologized.
I have been coming to see Tammy Arthur’s since 1997!! I live in Irondequoit and have no issue driving to a great experience every time!

Nice. Had eyebrows wax. Kind of expensive for an eyebrow wax. Took me right away. No one else in Canandaigua does that. Still eyebrows overpriced!
