Clean with friendly staff. Enjoyed my visit

First, avoid this place after 1 p.m. or so. Most of the staff must be on lunch and they'll have one person on the line to make the sandwich and cash out. That annoys me as I usually take my lunch later in the day. The other thing that irks me is when I buy a veggie sub and ask for an extra piece of cheese, they charge me. I'm not getting any meat, just a bunch of veggies, and yes, the price is a bit lower, but for crying out loud why charge for an extra piece of cheese. They don't deduct from the price of a sandwich when you DON'T get cheese, so wouldn't my one piece offset that?

Ordered 2 subs online with specific directions ordered oven roasted chicken, got shredded chicken instead, asked for it heated up instead I got it cold. Didnt think reading an order was so difficult
