Genesee Dry Cleaners & Laundry

I wanted to try this place because it has generally good reviews, but I didn’t have a good experience. I needed to have a comforter cleaned/washed. The customer service was fine and they got the job done when they said they would, but when I got the comforter back and put it on my bed, it smelled like mildew. Like the smell you get when you leave something in the wash for too long and then dry it.

I had some items dry cleaned here and they did a good job. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Turn around and price were was reasonable. They're speedy so it was quick to get in and out to drop things off and pick them up. Bonus was that they accepted a credit card no problem, which I've noticed many dry cleaners do not. For sure this is where I will return for future dry cleaning.

Don't use their service especially before holidays. They told me to pick my coat the night before Thanksgiving at 4:30pm but found them close and posted a little piece of paper saying they'll be closing at 3:30, once I came back after a week to pick up the coat, the girl on the desk said you supposed to expect us close early, I said the receipt says 4:30, she said I'm sorry
