I was contacted by 50 + companies all claiming they could get me the overage from a piece of property I once owned. It took some time but was pleasantly surprised with a check that showed up in the mail one day.

When Nick first spoke to me, I didn't quite know what to think as I'm quite a skeptic. But after hearing what he had to say I became more and more interested and comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy. One thing I noticed right away was that he was sincerely interested in helping us get what was rightfully ours. He told me how this process works and was realistic and totally up front about the different outcome possibilities. He promised he'd work hard for us and he did. He stayed in touch with me and was friendly and patient with me as I tried to understand how this works. Then before I knew it he called me to say that everything was approved and he'd send me the check. I was so grateful. Nick is great! You'd be hard pressed to find anyone more honest, kind and hard working. I highly recommend him!!! Patty
