Brayden is awesome. From day one to the day we moved in our home he hustled for us. We didn't think we'd be able to afford the kind of house we wanted in this current housing market, but he proved us wrong. He not only helped us get our place sold for higher than any other in our neighborhood at the time, but ended up getting us more than our asking price. When we ran into trouble with the sellers he was there helping us through all the negotiations. When we decided go another direction he didn't even hesitate and got work. He helped us get into a home that was far beyond what we expected to get and for a price we couldn't believe. He never complained or hesitated to help us even when I'm sure it was not very convenient for him or caused him more work. He's loyal, he works HARD, and he knows the community he represents and its market. The best part is that he doesn't stop working for you. He's been there for any questions or help even after we moved in. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Brayden is awesome! He was so responsive and helpful with helping us get our home! He is diligent in looking into opportunities and knows his stuff! He always responded quickly even when it was after hours and was such a great help!

Brayden is amazing! He is so patient and consistent as he stuck with me in the 2 years it took to right home for me. He never gave up and was always willing to help me with whatever I need during the process. I would recommend him to anyway as the best agent out there!

Brayden was fantastic to work with! Home buying and selling is so stressful and he walked us through the whole process, step by step. He answered all our questions (and we had tons) timely and professionally. He was relatable and knowledgeable and made the whole process as easy on us as it could be. Brayden helped us sell and buy another house about 1 1/2 years ago. He was persistent yet patient, hard working, and very reliable. He knocked on our door in March looking for clients. I told him we were interesting in moving, but no for about 2 more months. He was very respectful of our wishes. When we were ready to sell he was there for us. He gave us tips for getting our house ready. We were able to list our house and get multiple offers within just a few days. He always checked with us before scheduling appointments to see our house. When it came to looking at other houses. He was willing to travel to almost an hour away to help us look for another house. He really shined when he helped with last minute cleaning before we took pictures, and when he showed up to help us move out. Brayden makes you feel like you are his top priority.
