I brought in a dress to be cleaned. The ivory on the dress was darkend and dingy.nI explained what I wanted when I dropped it off.nnI picked up the dress, after paying $20 for the service. It looks the same. It's like they never cleaned it.nnI'm completely disappointed. I definitely won't use this service again.

I brought a pair of jeans to shorten and shorts tolet the hems down. I asked if they could be ready in one (1) week. When I returned to pick them up the jeans could not be found and the hem on the shorts was an incomplete mess. A worker ther stated that I should have given them more time. If they could not do it, the responsibility was theirs to tell me that. I returned 2 days later and there is a hole in the leg of the shorts and the hem is still not done. I will not use them again.
