I called imperial cleaning at 10 am this morning hoping for a cleaning today as my dog had an accident on the carpet . Ralph was at my house within 30 minutes ! Not only did he do a fabulous job, I felt like he cared how important it was to have the carpet cleaned today. He was personable , professional and did an excellent job. It’s people like this that show you good, caring people still do exist ! When his work day was over this morning , he managed to come and help me anyway..... there’s the difference in a good quality company . Thanks again , Ralph .
Ralph and his staff were very quick and attentive, and kept us informed of every action taken. Not just once, but they were called upon twice for their exceptional work. Would highly recommend Imperial for their service and experience.
