They did an excellent job cleaning tile floors. I am very satisfied with the results.
Todd and Gino arrived at the scheduled time. Called ahead to advise they were on the way. Both Todd and Gino were courteous and professional, went right to work. Work was completed in a timely matter. Spent extra time on an area of concern. They did an excellent job and will be using them again. I will recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Thank you for a job well done.
Todd and his partner Miguel did a great job cleaning our carpeting which was very stained in places. They measured carefully, vacuumed the carpet, then cleaned it. The results were way better than Stanley Steemer. The carpet dried quickly. In addition, they had to be late for our appointment, but communicated twice with us about it. It got so late I was afraid they would try to reschedule, but they came at about 6:45pm (on a Friday night) and were very congenial and efficient. They apologized several times for needing to arrive so late and thanked us for being patient about it. I highly recommend their service. Ask for Todd.
Our experience has always been a great one with ABC Chem Dry. That is why we have returned over and over again. They are very thorough in their cleaning process and do an excellent job. We would like to thank our Service Pros Todd and Lyndell for the excellent job they did.
