I love coming in and buying things I need. I have never had issues with HF before. Just bought a shopvac. I ALWAYS use a coupon. Only this time they yold me iy wouldnt work on what I was putchasing. Upon closer looking at the very fine print its is not eligible on the brands listed. One huge problem I have is that 99% of the brands they have listed are the brands they sell. I have never had a coupon turned down in here before. I guess i will think teive of shopping here when i can get discounts and coupons from other places for better brands cheaper then here.
Everyone was really nice
Cashier was extremely rude when I asked about a military discount. She then refused to take another Veterans discount code at first stating I've already used one when I clearly didn't. From the moment I walked up to the counter with my Trump mask on she became rude. Then today when trying to return the item due to it not working, she again was rude. Saying I owed more money. Mind you I was trading for the same exact item. She then says I owe it because i don't have a discount code. The same discount code that is on my computer system that shows where I bought it a few days ago. The same discount code she originally wanted to refuse me. I'm not sure what her problem was with me, if it's that I had a Trump mask on or what BUTTT... You don't treat your customers that way no matter who they are voting for. I have loved ones who are voting for Biden and we still get along just fine. We don't treat one another with disrespect. So why should an employee at a shop i used to frequent (never again due to the rudeness).

I have always had good experiences with anything purchased at Harbor Freight. The only time I've had a problem was just this morning. I had a bad garden hose but with their 90 day return policy was able to take it back for a refund without any issues. All I needed was a copy of my receipt.
