With being an out of state investor and going through different cities, states and agents to find deals. Matt was by FAR the BEST agent for the job. Worked tirelessly on the deals and providing us with great service and knowledge of the area. Will definitely be using him for future deals and I suggest if you're a first time buyer or have multiple deals under your belt, Matt will get you the correct information and great assistance with your purchase.
