First class is class. I’m a talker and procrastinator, sometimes tough to deal with, but this outfit puts up with both to accommodate customer needs. Extra mile stuff. They tell me I’m handsome and awesome when I know I’m not—not really—but the sunshine still feels good. Their machines are state of art screamers—snow or water. Latest models, no troubles. Even when they can’t pull rabbits out of hats last-second, I know they’ve done everything they can. First class? YES.

Our experience with First Class Rentals was a 10/10. They were prompt, flexible, and extremely helpful! Customer service was excellent and the rents prices were outstanding. They made our family lake trip the best!! Definitely would recommend.

Rented from company a few years ago and it was great. This year, waverunners were pretty hammered and one broke down halfway through the trip. They promised a refund/credit for days without a running machine but never followed through even after several conversations. Super disappointed. Would not recommend renting from this company.

We had the best experience with these guys! From start to finish everything was super professional Tom and Aaron are great guys and made renting with them super easy. Would never rent from anywhere else when we visit! We had a few wave runners and a super fun 4 wheeler. Everything was in excellent condition! They even threw in a few fishing rods!! TOP NOTCH!!!!

So, we rented 2 wave runners AND paid the insurance. We had a great time with them, and took extremely good care of them. We got an email four days later telling us there was a scratch on one of them. They did have pictures (before and after) and did everything correctly on that end. But, it doesn't make sense that they sent the information four days later, and automatically charged us $370 for the scratch. What was the point in insurance then? Why did we pay insurance (which was optional) for EVERY day if it doesn't cover anything? They told us just barely that the insurance deductible was going to be $750 to get it fixed through them. What is the point of paying insurance if the deductible is higher than a repair? It doesn't make any sense and they should give us our insurance money back so that it can help to supplement the cost of the repair.
