She did a great job selling my home, it was quick, easy for me and took all the stress out of the whole process! She has a very knowledgeable staff, she will take care of you wether your buying or selling! I got what I wanted out of my home, the buyer and seller (me) were happy with the service provided! I am very pleased with how everything turned out, I'm actually in the process of purchasing my new home with her now! I'm looking forward to working with her again! I am confident that the buying process will be just as painless as the selling process was!]

We sold our home "for sale by owner" and Jean was our real estate coordinator for the transaction. Our buyers also did not have a real estate agent and Jean worked both sides of the deal. We loved working with him and his office staff. We received responses to our emails very quickly, probably within a few minutes. He handled all the paperwork, phone calls and signatures. He helped us understand the process and our house closed in about a month. Jean probably didn't earn enough on that deal for the amount of work he put into it. We would highly recommend Jean and his office for buying or selling a home.

We went with Jean for several reasons, at least two of which are his ability to negotiate well for us as the clients and how personable he was with us. Constantly friendly and upbeat, he was patient with us and did a great job in selling our home as well as finding a new one. We will certainly go with our dear 'ami' Jean in the future and would recommend him to all! Update: in the years since we closed on our home, Jean has visited us several times a year, provided advice via text/phone/in-person visit, given us referrals for other services, and been a great friend to our family. We can't say enough great things about him and his team.

I would not consider buying or selling a home without Jean & Julie! They don't stop working for you night or day. They are outstanding at negotiating in behalf of their client and not pushy like other agents we have used. They are as good as they come in the industry!!

My wife and I have purchased and sold a home with Jean and Julie. They are true professionals and great to work with. Jean and Julie are both very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying and selling a home. They are responsive to phone calls and emails. Jean has excellent negotiation skills. If I buy or sell a home in the future I will choose Jean and Julie as my real estate professionals.
