We loved our experience with these guys! Our realtor was Jordan and he was the BEST! He made sure we knew all our options, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we were able to see every house we wanted. Danielle was incredibly organized and made sure we got all our documents quickly and we never saw a single mistake! She kept us well informed on the important dates and made this process so easy! We met a couple other people from their team and every time we were impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable each of them were. You'll be so glad you went with these guys!

Bret's team is really great to work with. For us, our experience was a hit and miss though. Bret was great in getting our builder to answer our questions when they (contractors) didn't respond directly to us. However, we felt pressured to sell $10,000 lower than what he said our house was worth, just to sell quickly. A neighbor with a similar floor plan and size sold their home within a month of ours for $15k higher. He also a no-show when it came to closing. Although his team was great to work with, we don't recommend their services.

We loved working with Natalie! She is super positive and full of energy, and she worked hard to help us find a place we love as quickly as possible. The Wilde team has great strategies to help buyers navigate this competitive market - we were able to use their ideas to win against multiple other offers. Natalie went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel confident through the process of buying our first house!

Brett Wilde and his team are absolutely phenomenal! We've now worked with them on both sides - buying and selling - and without reservation I recommend them for any real estate transaction. When we were buying a house, they provided extremely helpful guidance in making a competitive offer that would be accepted (ahead of multiple competing offers), and in asking for the right concessions after home inspection. The process was extremely smooth. When listing and selling our house, Brett reviewed a massive amount of research with us on the current market and how to position our property for the most attention and highest offer. He also recommended small changes that would make our pictures and listing more attractive. I'm so glad we followed his advice. In the first weekend after listing we received multiple offers (all higher than our asking price) and ended up selling for far more than I would have ever imagined possible. Brett, McKelle, and Danielle, thank you so much! It was a pleasure working with all of you.

Wilde Real Estate Team helped me buy my first home and I couldn't have been happier with their service. I primarily worked with McKelle and Danielle - who are both AMAZING - but everyone I interacted with on their team were fantastic! They're knowledgeable, very thorough and patient. They took so much of the stress out of the process, arranging everything I needed. They really went the extra mile, providing reading material about house-buying and finances, and providing a free moving truck. I'd recommend Wilde Real Estate Team in a heartbeat and will go to them next time I'm buying/selling.
