Luke was absolutely amazing! He came highly recommend from a friend, and I'm so glad they suggested we work with him. Luke really has a lot of knowledge to share. I was really impressed when walking through homes with him how often he had closed on a home in that neighborhood or nearby recently or within the last year or two. He really could give us a sense of what each neighborhood was like, things we would probably need to fix up, if the asking price was reasonable, etc. He was always quick to get back to us and answer any questions we had. I sent him a million listings, and he always got us in to see the place as quickly as possible. I really appreciate how he didn't push us towards anything out of our price range, and when we actually ended up purchasing a condo instead of a home he was really supportive. He negotiated with the sellers on our behalf really well, I feel like we saved a lot of money because of his talents. 10/10 will totally use Luke again in a few years when we sell to move into a single family home.

Luke has helped us buy our first and second home. He gives you the information you need to know and advice, and at the end of the day he lets you make your decision. I never have had a doubt that Luke will get the best deal and I know he has our best interest at heart. He is very knowledgeable and does his research!

My Wife and I purchased our first home with Luke, he was helpful and very willing and able to accommodate our schedule when looking for our home. I would recommend Luke to anyone I know, from what I’ve heard of other people’s experiences working with other Realtors I feel strongly that my Wife and I were treated way better with Luke Ballard and Harman Realty.

Luke was always very forthcoming, and honest with what was going on throughout the process. It was a lot of work for all parties; however, he was on top of it, communicating and giving suggestions on what to do moving forward. It was definitely made more convenient, even easier when working together with him. I would definitely recommend Century 21 Harman - Luke Ballard - Real Estate Agent, and I would also suggest that you keep an open mind when selling or buying a home; it can be both a straight-forward and complex process, seeking counsel from a real estate agent such as Luke might help to make it less of a laborious task for you.
