What a joke. They basically have a monopoly locally and therefore must feel like they can be belittling, literally lie about things to move you further along the process when they dont know the answer, are TERRIBLE communicators and are looking out for themselves rather than looking out for the people they are representing and the others they are trying to sell to. They are literally why "sales people" have a bad name. I had to threaten one in particular not once but 3 times to get a response. DO NOT WORK WITH JAMES B. Terrible communicator. Ask for someone else although the rest arent much better. Must be nice to be bad at your job but people dont have another option so they have to work with your BS.
