I went bald at the young age of 14. You would think that this would be tragic for a young man however, I happened to be a world class swimmer. Losing my hair helped me and I was revered among my classmates. That is until I started growing hair in other places. As my head lost its luscious follicles my ears and nose doubled down on their efforts. I was unsuccessful at keeping them smooth and as a result there was too much drag in the water and I could no longer compete.nnFast forward 30 years when I was introduced to Teri at Pretty Peach Waxing. Teri saw the disaster of ear and nose hair from around the corner and offered to help. Since the last 30 years I had grown accustomed to avoiding conversions with people I reluctantly agreed.nnAll I can say is WOW! Where was PPW when I was 15-1/2?! My lobes are so smooth, my nostrils clear. I now have the confidence to get back in the pool to swim! Before the locks of hair coming off me significantly slowed me down. Now I glide through the water with little to no effort like a dolphin chasing a school of mackerel.nnLook out Michael Phelps, I’ve got Teri in my corner now!

I love Joy! Not only does she have an amazing personality, she makes you feel so comfortable and provides great service. The atmosphere in the Pretty Peach Wax Studio is also amazing. Very cute and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Joy welcomed me to her studio with open arms. My first visit to Joy and the pretty peach was also my first Brazilian wax ever. The studio was inviting, clean and smelt amazing. Joy was super spunky which helped make me feel at ease. Joy was able to hold conversation while doing her thing and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I will certainly never shave again and will continue to schedule with Joy in the future! Great price and super thorough!

Nakia did my wax and she was such a pleasure meeting. She was friendly, professional and easy going. She was on time and did an excellent job... Pain free! I will definitely be returning to her. Such a sweetheart ❤ufe0f

Went for an intimate wax. My waxer Nakia paid attention to details and made me feel very comfortable. Disposable liners were on the board I laid on and after I finished my appointment she threw away the liner AND sanitized the board underneath on top of that. Everything smells like peaches & there are tampons and wipes provided in the bathroom for a quick clean up before your appointment. They are also a black owned business! Would recommend!
