I'm happy to say that I finally found a nail salon in Syracuse that I will use exclusively. Yesterday was my first nail salon visit in over a year, and my first time here. The atmosphere is relaxing with soothing music, massage chairs for your pedicure, and beautiful decor. I don't normally review businesses, but I felt compelled to give them a 5 star rating for anyone thinking of trying them for the first time. The reason I am reviewing them is because they are doing an awesome job prioritizing safety and cleanliness. There were autoclaves everywhere. Everything was being sanitized before and after use. All the tools for my pedicure were brought out in unopened packaging. There was a screen divider between my chair and the nail artist. Every patron and staff were correctly wearing masks and gloves when necessary. I got a gel spa pedi and was very happy with the technician and with the work. Great place guys. Keep up the good work.

First time going and I am literally in love! The one who did my nails was Antuan and he is literally so amazing. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave his advice on what he thought would look nice and damn was he 100% right. I’ve never been so in love with my nails before so you can expect to see me going here to get my nails done for the rest of my life

I was VERY impressed at this location! Everything is very new & clean. I was a walk in & was given the MANY color options almost immediately (seriously- TONS of options) & then taken right back. The chairs go ALL the way back (yay for my fellow tall ladies!)& I was offered a drink for my comfort. My pedicure was great-- quick, thorough, & looked great. All in all, VERY impressed. I will be back!

The manager and staff are professional and courteous. The manager remembered my name from my first visit a few weeks ago. BV nails has that spa type experience. I only received a fill in for my nails. But my hands feel amazing. And my nails look wonderful! Definitely the place to go.

This place is so clean and well organized! The workers are very friendly and welcoming! I Definitely recommend to come here for pedicures makes sure to call a head of time ! To get a spot they get busy fast.
