NU Nails & Spa Dewiit

I recently had my nails done here and I loved them. Two days later my nail broke so I called to schedule an appointment to have it fixed, I was told to just come in the next day and they would fix it for me. I have a very tight work schedule so I don't have a lot of time to sit around and wait to have a nail fixed which is why I tried to make an appointment the day prior. The following day I came in and sat down and proceeded to wait over 40 minutes only to have the girl that I talked to the previous day tell me now she can't fix my nail but she will file it down for me (which I already did myself) and to come back a different time. On top of that I waited so long in hopes of getting it done that it resulted in me being late for work. It was 100 percent an avoidable situation which resulted in my time being wasted to the fullest

I absolutely love NU nails! The staff is incredibly friendly and talented! I’ve been going here for a year now and refuse to go anywhere else.

My boyfriend and I get our feet done every 3 weeks and we have been coming to this salon for years. Never have we ever been let down by the employees. They are very friendly and even when it’s crazily busy, they always find ways to compensate for your wait. My favorite tech is Kevin, he gives the best massage ever. I mean the pressure points massage was, oooh, more than amazing. His massage kinda hurt at first when I wasn’t used to it, but then every time after the pedicure, I always feel like tons of weight have been removed from my body. The colors weren’t very diverse, I wish they can add more colors like pastel ones to their collection. However, the staffs and the manager would be willing to help you pick out the closest color to your referenceud83dudc4cud83cudffc Would definitely bring my boyfriend back for the service. Oh last but not least, when I washed my hands, I accidentally saw the sanitizing process of the tools, they took good care of the tools and I feel very safe and certain after seeing the techs cleaning their tools.ud83dudc96ud83dudc95❤ufe0fud83dudd25

I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm and arrived 10 minutes early. Instead of doing my nails the did the person who came in at the same time and didnt have an appointment. They never even started my nails and I waited for about 50 minutes before having to leave. They didn't even say anything when I walked out.
