Brooke was heaven sent! I’ve seriously been looking for years for someone I trusted to do my hair and obtain the colors I’ve been looking for. I’m in awe with her technique, I absolutely love that she takes her time and is concentrated on the quality of her work rather getting in next client in as quickly as possible. I would recommend everyone looking for an amazing salon to try Image Solutions. The salon is always clean and welcoming.

It is always such a great experience getting my hair done at Image Solutions Salon.nnThe first time I came to see Katie, I had dry and box-dyed hair, and grown out haircut that didn’t even look like anything. The very first time I learned so much about hair and was amazed how thoughtful and thorough Katie is when she is getting to know your hair and your desires. After that first time I knew I will be coming back. Now couple years later I am getting complemented on my hair all the time. It is shiny, healthy and always looks taken care off. Katie is an amazing professional, and I would recommend her services to anyone!

Was a first time client there today!! I moved to the Syracuse area about 3 years ago, and still hadn't found a hair stylist because I was nervous. I didn't really want just a random person doing my hair, so I would drive 2 hours back to where I am from to have my normal girl do my hair!! Crazy, yes, but i am very picky. One day Lana just walked into my life! She came into my place of business (Verizon) and we got talking about what she does. She not only works in the Salon but she is teaching people all over the country! This woman is a super star!! She had so much knowledge, and was so excited to talk about what she does. You can tell she loves her job(s)...it is her passion! She lit right up when I started asking her questions. So I decided to book an appointment with her! Today, I walked into the Salon to be greeted and introduced to everyone who worked there...which made it very comfortable for me! The energy was great, her boss and her coworkers were very engaged and showed a sense of excitement that you don't typically see! Plus, my hair came out great. I had been shown different techniques and products that I had no prior knowledge of, so it was nice to be informed as to what was going on step by step. Something I appreciate, which helped build trust as time went on there! I would highly recommend Image Solutions Salon! My hair came out beautiful! (services: cut, color, color last treatment) I felt comfortable and confident when i walked out the door. I can't thank them enough! I am happy to say that I have a hair stylist in town and no longer have to drive 2 hours!!!

I get my haircut here and I love it! They also have all the amazing products you need for your hair and face! I got my haircut here with Katie before my wedding which I was nervous about and it turned out beautiful like always.
