Dan was SO on top of finding us the perfect home and getting us a viewing within 24 hours of the home going on the market. He was so kind and helpful AND stayed up till super late every night during our contracts to make sure everything was perfect. Not to mention helping us back out of a home we decided against half way through without any hassle!

Dan was awesome and really was invested in helping us get the best home for us, no matter the cost of the home. He is really well versed in how to do home renovations which was really helpful to us because we were looking for a bit of a fixer upper in a good neighborhood and we got it! He knew what suggestions to make on how we can fix it and it’s been a great house! He also did an awesome job at negotiating the best deal even when we were told the house was being sold as is. Highly recommend him as your realtor!

Great realtor! He helped us get into our first house and I really liked how he really let us go at our own pace. He's got a background with homes and so he helped us with a lot of knowledge and definitely felt like he was empowering versus pushy. Still keeps in great contact with us and we'll definitely use him again when we're in the market!

We absolutely loved working with Dan. He made the home buying process a piece of cake (especially considering our lack of knowledge). My husband and I both felt like he genuinely cared about helping us and finding the right fit. We will be recommending him to all our friends and family and will definitely use him again in the future.

Dan helped us find our first home! He was always so patient with us, listened to exactly what it was we were looking for and worked with us until we found that perfect home for our family. He is so friendly, and was there for us any time we needed him, and we feel like we gained a friend after this whole experience!
