Would have given 5 stars but Assistant had to color and wash my hair. Would have been better if Hondra did the full service. However, Hondra is great at Color and Styling. Reasonably Priced

Best place to get your hair done in Utica so far . Dominicans hands are the best. My hair has improved so much since I visit this salon.

i recently went to them a week ago and got a wash and set later on i found out that they put perm in there conditioner and it caused my hair to fall out and shed when i washed it i would not recommend African American females to go there a receive treatment on there hair due to the fact that they use the conditioner and perm mixture on our type of hair or anyone with thick hair for that matter please save your money and go somewhere else

I was burned terribly on my forehead they didn't care that they cause a permanent scar on my face!!!
