Wendy and Cody were excellent agents for us! We sold our home in 3 days and Wendy helped us through until the very end. She was always there answering our questions. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on with the sale of our home. We also went with the Clegg Team to help us find our new home. We had fun looking at homes and we finally found our dream home. Both Wendy and Cody helped us through a new build and they were so helpful through the whole build. Their knowledge and negotiation skills were so helpful. If we had any concerns they made sure that our concerns were addressed. We appreciate the Clegg Team and would for sure recommend them to all our Friends and Family!

I would recommend Wendy and Cody to anyone! We first tried Homie, and with no success, we decided to go with A Realtor. We had heard great things about Wendy and Cody, and they did not disappoint! They were so helpful with getting our home ready to show again. I needed some things from the store to stage our house. With small children, and a mile long list of things to clean and organize, I was struggling to get what I needed. Wendy was so sweet and went to Home Goods and Target for me. Everything I didn't end up using, Cody took back and returned for me!! We went under contract after the very first open house they did for us! We were so impressed at how they made things so much easier for us, we decided to have them help us find a new home as well. Once again they were amazing. Every time we wanted to go see a house, they worked around schedules and made it happen. It felt as though we were the only clients they were working with. We were socked to find out they were working with 10 other couples while working with us. Even after we found our new home, they still check in on us. We are so thankful for their hard work and service to help make this stressful and crazy process such a great experience.

Wendy and Cody are amazing! We originally put our house up for sell through Homie, and were confident that it would go quickly. We were disappointed and shocked when not only our house did not sell, but there were hardly any buyers coming through to see it. We were very discouraged and thinking that something was wrong with our home, especially after watching many of our neighbors houses selling very quickly. We finally decided it was time to hire an actual realtor. Wendy came highly recommended to us from several neighbors, so we thought we would give her a shot. From the very first day we met with her in our house, Wendy was rockstar at being on top of things and getting the ball rolling! She re-assured us that we had a beautiful home and that she was confident she could get it sold very quickly (we told her she had 1 month). Her experience as an interior decorator was especially helpful when it came to staging our house - the finishing touches that she made really helped our house stand out! She and Cody offered to put on an open house a few days after we officially listed, and I'll admit I was very skeptical that anything would come from it (based on the previous open houses we had done through Homie). When Cody showed up on the morning of the open house, with a fresh batch of cookie dough to cook in our oven for interested buyers, I jokingly told him "Don't worry- all you have to do is have our house sold by the end of the day." I was shocked when only 2 hours later I received a phone call letting me know that three very interested buyers had already come through and that one of them was putting together an offer. We received that offer the next day and went under contract that same week!! Wendy and Cody also helped us find our new home, and we couldn't be happier! They were extremely patient with us through the entire process and worked day and night to find us exactly what we were looking for. I was especially impressed with how available Wendy made herself to us- whether it was answering simple questions or running out to see a house on very short notice, she really made us feel like were her number 1 priority the entire way! I highly recommend Wendy and Cody to everyone!!

Best Realtor on the planet! I’ve been hunting for just the right house for over 4 months and Wendy helped me find it. Wendy went above and beyond what I expected. She was very accommodating to my schedule, was willing to jump on houses as soon as they were posted and wasn’t afraid to help me put an offer on the long-shot houses. Wendy and Jeanette are terrific! My family needed to relocate very quickly after a job transfer and they delivered in a big way. Our home listed and was under contract in only four days.
