I went to them for the first time today and the girl did not listen to anything i said, she did exactly what i told her not to do. this girl had no clue how to do her job or how to section hair. Her associate even tried to show and help her do what i was asking and she didnt listen to her either. I am so mad my hair is destroyed, it will take months to regrow!!! I left there BAWLING!!!Do not go here.
