I had to return because there were strands of hair that were long and even after I left there were still uneven spots. The lady said your hair must of been tucked behind your ear then said it's my hair it keeps flipping. Excuse after excuse. She also cut it about 1.5 inches shorter than I wanted leaving me with w Dora haircut. Never again . Prime example of why I allowed my hair to grow down to my waistline. Good stylists are hard to find. It wasn't worth the 11 bucks nor a tip. Be nice to get my money back and get it fixed but not much hair left to fix...

I’m not sure who the lady was at the counter last night around 5. Blonde hair with dark roots, orange skin (tans too much), she was incredibly rude. I’d never seen her before but she informed me even though the place was completely empty that she couldn’t cut my hair until the following day. I have NEVER had this issue. Cost cutters has always been a walk in clinic. That’s not to say you cannot make an appointment but I’ve never had to do this before. I’ve always just been a walk in, quick 10-15 minute trim of my dead ends and out the door. I usually tip pretty well, if I ever happen in there again and she’s currently working there she won’t ever receive a tip from me.nI walked by about 30 minutes later after I had gotten my hair cut somewhere else, she was standing at the counter like she was waiting for business. Maybe she didn’t want to do her job, maybe she was disgruntled she had to work Black Friday. Regardless, I felt like she had an attitude problem. Wish the woman I normally see was available. She’s fantastic.

I had gotten there early and no one showing up to unlock Cost Cutters until 30 minutes after they are suppose to open.nAnother time the lady that was cutting my hair didnt understand what i wanted for about 3 minutes before i made her understand, she then aggressively cut my hair, and in the process cut me more than 5 times, and was very rough throughout the entire haircut.nnI would rather save the money i spend there and buy my own trimmer and do it myself.
