Excellent service during the day with trains in the off peak hour running every 30 minutes with direct service to Penn Station. Peak service is more frequent and even better. Service to Grand Central Terminal starting in 2023. Will be great for people like me who work on the east side of Manhattan. However, train service at night could be better as I have to drive to the New Hyde Park station because the trains either come way too early or way too late during this time. Thank goodness the Great Neck monthly/weekly tickets are interchangeable with the New Hyde Park station.

Buses from great neck to Hicksville and Glen cove are ridiculous too slow they never show up on time.. get to work late everyday because of this buses.. flushing to great neck is excellent. Someone in the position to make this right has to do something.

A great station that's wheelchair accessible, along with a newstand on the street level. The waiting room is nice and there's a major bus stop in front of the station where people are always waiting. Trains come about every 30mins to an hour during the midday.

I find it relaxing to take a scenic drive to the Great Neck Plaza, love the area.
