Worst customer service of all time. I left my keys on a port Washington bound train however my keys have a tracker on them. (A tile key) I track them down to this station and when I ask the customer service guy if they have found any keys he says that all lost items are sent to penn station. However because of my tile key I know my keys are here. I explain it to the guy and he gets super rude with me telling me he doesn’t have my keys. So I ring the key from my phone and I can hear my keys behind the booth but the guy STILL REFUSES to give my keys! So I guess I’m just going to try my luck with penn station and wait for my keys to get there then! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STATION IS THE WORST!!!

Fairly large station with a waiting room that has a newstand in it, along with restrooms. The platforms are mostly covered by canopies, and service is about every half hour. A couple bus routes stop there that can take you further north.
