They make it almost impossible to cancel within a reasonable and timely manner. Although they take your money without hassle and pretend to care about your needs! Canceling shouldn’t be uncomfortable or awkward! Your clients shouldn’t feel trapped!

Kara is awesome! Most of the girls know me by name and im not in as much as I used to be. Theyre always super friendly and I love that they put in a new versa spa this year! It really makes me feel better knowing I won't be turned away bc the machine is down when im in a pinch and rushing to get a spray tan! A+ for sure!!
Once you sign up you cannot cancel unless you drive to Whitesboro New York to their main store in cancel in person or send them a letter to their PO Box requesting to cancel your membership.... by the way that takes 30 days to cancel once you contact them ud83dude02nSo unprofessional!!!nIts 2021....get with the times playa
It's great but a bit mindless. They dont pay attention and they dont explain anything. They need better staffing.
