I brought my 18month old son in to get his hair cut and the woman that took care of him was amazing! She was very patient, professional and got the job done!nI’ve been in there myself on many different occasions and I’ve always left satisfied!
Totally botched my hair. Ruined my blouse when they bleached my hair for highlights. I had orange patches in my hair when I got home and checked it thoroughly. Went in next day, they attempted to fix it and it was worse. Horrible. Mind you the manager has horrible customer service etiquette. Stay away as far as you can from this place.
My best friend has been going to Brittany forever, so one day she surprised me with a shampoo, blow dry and style. Ever since that day, Brittany has been my hairdresser. No one else can even wash my hair not they are not capable although Brittany is amazing. We love her so much that for her birthday we special ordered a hairdresser clock for her station. That’s how important she is to us. And all the other girls who work with her we consider family, they are always friendly and always do a great job on their customers. So in the end Brittany and her staff are the best of the best...
I booked an appointment online because it says you need to make an appointment. I go to the place for my appointment I scheduled and they told me they are all booked for the day because of walk ins. Wth? Not happy.
