Luis is amazing!!! He is so knowledgeable and does everything in his power to help you every step of the way. He was so helpful and accommodating in ways I didn't even know were humanly possible anymore. Not only was he so helpful but he was such a pleasure to work with! My boyfriend and I are forever grateful.

Our experience with Luis was excellent! From the first moment we emailed, to the signing of the lease and more. We are definitely staying in touch with him for future projects my bf and I would like to accomplish. Luis has made the process of renting an apartment very smooth and pleasant. I was moving all the way across the country from a place where the apartments beg you to rent them (FL) to a place where the landlords seem to not care whether you rent from them or not (NY). Finding an apartment solo was not happening. The weekend after I contacted Luis, I had already found the apartment I wanted, and within a week the lease was signed. I was overly paranoid about various parts of renting in NYC, but Luis helped alleviate any woes my neurotic ass had, promptly as well. Would highly recommend to others.

Luck must have been on my side when I inquired about an apartment in NYC, and Luis happened to be the realtor. All I can saw is WOW. I have moved many times within major cities, and never once have I worked with a realtor who was as personable, patient, genuine, and kind as Luis. Given my busy schedule, he even arranged the lease signing on a Sunday at a convenient location for me. Not only was Luis readily available throughout the whole process of showing me an apartment to the signing, he even offered to be of help afterwards should I have any other questions or concerns. Luis made everything run smoothly and eliminate stress- which is so important when looking for a new place. I look forward to working with Luis in the future, and will definitely recommend him to others who are looking for apartments in NYC. Thank you so much again!!!
