Well I really did like subway at this location. They now have new workers. Well it says wear a mask on the door. If you should wear a mask coming in I would think all employees would have a mask on covering there face. Well at least 1 employee I know has a mask around her neck hanging off her face while making sandwiches. Not a good practice with covid going on.

I ordered from this Subway only to receive a sandwich that was not made to the specifications in the order. I ordered a footlong oven roasted chicken breast with extra extra cucumbers got 5, also requested baby spinach got none. This was delivered thru Grubhub and when the store was contacted spoke to Matthew @4:45 pm, right after the food arrived, they couldn't do anything for me unless I drive this sandwich back to the store. I advised we used a delivery service for a reason. Advised I took a picture of the sandwich they could care less. Poor customer service, poor quality food!!! I uploaded the picture of the sandwich.

I’ve worked at this subway for 6 months now. I’ve loved everything, these comments of people saying “bad serves” are the people who come into our store and immediately starts to argue for no reason. Yes there’s a handful of teenagers but we are going to let you talk to us like we aren’t human, and our manager being pregnant and slow is understandable she had twins please respect the fact we are trying. If we don’t have something it’s because we were busy. There’s been plenty of people who come in making the same complaints when I know I make their sandwiches right, they try to get their money back but yet eat everything.
