The employees are super fast with the bottle/can returns some are nice but most are very rude! If you don't like your job don't work there?! Keep track of how many cans you have! As to the self car wash. Its convenient especially if you want a quick clean.. Rather than a huge car wash line! Sometimes the vacuums work and sometimes they don't..
Horrible experience, I pull in and two bays were available all the other ones were broken or just not in use. I put my money in the vacuum and the hose wasn't even attached to the unit. So I wasted that money and try again in another vacuum and it works but the suction is horrible. Then I pull in to wash my car and the hoses were gone, literally nothing. So I pull in the only other bay available and luckily the washer and brush hose was there. But then I put my money in and it took a minute for the soap to come out, you only get a couple minutes. So long story short I spent 10 dollars for a headache and a rinse. Horrible location would not recommend it at all. And I like self serve car washes. There isn't many in Niagara falls. Hopefully they make changes.
It was ok. The vacuums are free and they doba really good job!! I use to go there when you had to pay to use the vacuums and then they were not good at vacuuming .However where the vacuums are is not a good spot because the line for the car wash goes through there so if your are at the vacuums and there is a line for the car wash you have to wait to pull out. Its a pain.
Needs a bit of a update. But over all the years of me coming I've never had any problems
First time there, people who work there very friendly and good at what they do. Would definitely recommend.
