They was so rude to me today ... when I I first arrived there they told me to pick my color I told them I wanted nails and feet some man turned on the water and let it sit for 20mins called me over to come sit in the chair and the water was cold I said sorry my water is cold he was upset then I said it’s a little big on here can u clean this out he walked always spoke to a lady about what I said so I stood up and said I’m just going to leave he said yeah good bye he didn’t apologize or nothing and I wanted to give them a chance bcuz they are the only nail shop down town Niagara Falls but I will never step in there again

They are a family owned business and very nice. My fiance and I are eloping at Niagara Falls and I needed to get in a last minute appointment. I got a gel manicure and eyebrow waxing done here! My eyebrows and nails look perfect!
