What an amazing experience!! Everyone was extremely helpful and helped me with my questions. The manager went out of her way to provide me with an accommodation. Simply the best!

Literally a woman's paradise when it comes to make up facial cleansers hair products even perfume it's amazing

Don't bother going there to ask them questions about bleaching your hair. They will act like it's impossible, & not recommend anything other than using their salon. Basically talking to my husband & I like we were morons. We went to Sally Beauty Supply instead & they were AMAZING!! Helped me gather up everything I needed, & answered every question I had. I won't be back to Ulta EVER Again.

Horrible! Went in to buy perfume for my mom for Christmas, knew what I was getting her but I wanted to get myself 1 as well. I grab a tester out of the box, the lady working sees me take one and takes the box away without offering a couple. She see me still trying decide and now I can no longer sample. I go up to the front of the store and ask her if I can have more, she's super rude and says I shouldn't have touched them because I contaminated the whole box. They were literally out for the customers. She then put her dirty hand in the box and gave me a couple. At least I used the hand sanitizer sitting next to box before I grabbed one, she did not. Ok whatever. Now she goes and helps other people. Im in the perfume area sampling again, the lady sent one of her workers over to watch me. She was literally fake working to keep an eye on me. When I walked to another part of the store she followed me. Anywhere I went this other worker followed. Im a card holder at this store and im 100% closing my account. I spent 175 bucks tonight even though I was livid that I was even spending money in their establishment. The more I think about it the more im upset with myself for not just leaving.

Love this N.falls location. I walk in and they know me by name...I love that. This location is way more helpful than the location in Amherst! I love the lower end side and I love the prestige side. The store is very organized and clean. What you need, they got and if not, they help you find it. 5 stars if the sold MAC and some of the products they have online in store.
